1. Introduction
Welcome to WalSeller Pro ("we," "our," or "us"), a service operated by Tukribish LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Chrome browser extension, our web application, and any marketplace account connections you authorize (including Amazon, Walmart, and eBay). Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not use our service.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Email Address: When you subscribe to WalSeller Pro, we collect your email address to send you your license key and subscription-related communications.
- Payment Information: Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Stripe may collect billing details including name, email, and payment method information.
- License Key: We generate and store a unique license key associated with your subscription.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Product Data: When you visit marketplace product pages, our extension extracts publicly available product information (prices, reviews, ratings) to provide profit calculations and analytics. This data is processed locally in your browser.
- Extension Usage: We may collect information about which features you use within the extension to improve our service.
- Technical Information: Extension version, browser type, and error logs may be collected to ensure proper functionality.
2.4 Marketplace Account Data You Authorize
If you choose to connect a marketplace seller account (such as Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or eBay), we access only the data needed to provide the features you request — for example your own catalog, listings, pricing, fees, and order or inventory data. We access this data through the marketplace's official API using an authorization you grant, and only after you explicitly connect the account. We do not receive or store your marketplace username or password.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do NOT collect your general browsing history outside of supported marketplace sites
- We do NOT track your personal shopping or purchasing behavior
- We do NOT access or store your passwords or login credentials
- We do NOT sell your personal information to third parties

Our backend services are hosted on Railway. Your subscription data is stored securely on Railway's infrastructure.
5.4 Marketplace Integrations (Amazon, Walmart, and eBay)
When you connect a marketplace seller account, we interact with that marketplace's official API solely to provide the features you request. For Amazon connections we use the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) and handle any data we receive in accordance with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and the Amazon Data Protection Policy. Specifically:
- Purpose limitation: We use marketplace account data only to provide WalSeller Pro's product research, profitability analysis, and listing-management features to you, the account owner. We never use it for advertising or share it with unauthorized third parties.
- No sale of data: We do not sell marketplace account data or any personally identifiable information (PII).
- Encryption: All marketplace data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encrypted at rest on our servers.
- Access control: Access to marketplace data is restricted to authorized systems and personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Data minimization: We request only the API scopes and data fields required for the features you use.
- Retention & deletion: We retain marketplace data only as long as needed to provide the service. Any personally identifiable information obtained from a marketplace API is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law. You can disconnect a marketplace account at any time, which revokes our access and triggers deletion of the associated data.
- Your control: You may revoke WalSeller Pro's access from your marketplace account's connected-apps settings at any time, and you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your subscription is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you cancel your subscription, we may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes, such as:
